Nominations are open for two categories to any service or installation company who can demonstrate excellence in customer service initiatives, improving standards and performance of equipment with a focus on energy efficiency and safety. Entrants must exhibit a continuing strategic commitment to their customers.
Application evaluation will consider presentation, customer endorsements, strategic planning and implementation and training program/s.
Entry Criteria:
• Applicants must hold an ACN
• Services must be performed within Australia
• Applicants to provide a list of at least 3 unrelated end user endorsements who have been using the nominee for minimum of 6 months
Other information required:
• Full name, address and contact details of entrant
• Independent endorsee names and contact details
• In one typed page provide an executive summary of what makes your service and maintenance strategy outstanding and why, and the significance to the HVAC & R industry
• Provide background information on why your strategic approach to customer service was developed, the objectives and how was it delivered
• Explain the outcomes of your strategy, including efficiency, safety, standards and performance
• Detail of how your customer service record has been monitored and/or measured to verify the claimed performance
• Provide details of innovations, systems, training or personnel that support your performance record
• What is the significance of this strategy to the HVAC & R industry? (impact, broader benefits)
