Exhibiting at ARBS couldn't be easier.  Our experienced organising staff are on hand to assist and make the most of your exhibiting experience. 

Exhibitors have two options:

1. Purchase floor space and design and build a custom stand.
2. Purchase a stand package available in various sizes and prices (see below).

Floor space and shell scheme stands are available in multiples of 9 m².

SPACE ONLY COST:  $428 per Square Metre (plus GST)

Space only option is available in multiples of 9 m² (min of 9 m²) and comes fully carpeted if required.  Exhibitors can arrange to have their own stand builder, electrics, signage etc. (or we can assist if needed).

STANDARD SHELL SCHEME - $476.00 per Square Metre plus GST (min size 9m²)

   This option includes corinthian (fabric) walls,

   carpet, facia with standard signage, 1 power point 

   and two spot lights per 9 m². Must be purchased

   in multiples of 9 m2 (min of 9 m²).

   Furniture not included.

PREMIUM SHELL SCHEME - $498.00 per square meter plus GST (min size 9m²)

   This option includes syma walls (white), carpet,

   premium curved facia, name and colour logo

   signage, 1 power point and two spot lights per 9m².

   Optional extras include digital printing for walls.

   Furniture not included.

POSTER DISPLAY STAND - $2150 each plus GST (overall size 3m x 1.5m = 4.5 m²)

   A budget stand option that includes carpet, black

   fabric walls, stepped panel side walls, corflute sign

   with vinyl text, 1 spotlight and 1 power point.

   Furniture not included.   (limited poster stands

   available only in allocated areas)
