ARBS continues its engagement with industry as it compiles its seminar series for the 2014 show. The technical seminar series, consisting of keynotes, workshops and panel discussions, is shaping up well following recent outreach to industry professionals including a survey for topics and speakers of interest. ARBS 2014 organisers are now issuing a general call for papers from those in the HVAC&R and building services industry.
The seminars will run alongside Australia’s biggest Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services (ARBS) Exhibition next year. To be held in Melbourne from 20-22 May 2014, the ARBS Exhibition seminar program is an opportunity to share expertise, innovation and best practice to practitioners across all sectors of our industry.
ARBS 2014 will attract more than 7,000 visitors from around Australia and the world. The seminar program is a key component of the exhibition, providing leading-edge education and networking for HVAC&R and building services professionals.

• Case studies and real-world applications
• Future technologies
• War stories – what went wrong and lessons learnt
• Hot industry issues

• Emerging trends in building design, and the impact for HVAC&R
• Sustainable applications
• Regulatory and compliance issues
• Standards and rating tools
• Project and facility management
