Industry Excellence
The ARBS Industry Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievement across innovative products, projects, service and education within Australia's HVAC&R, building services and technology sector.
Recognised as the industry's highest honour, the ARBS Awards are proudly endorsed by Australia's leading associations: AIRAH, AMCA, AREMA, CIBSE, RACCA and ARWA.
Future Leader
The ARBS Future Leader Awards recognise emerging professionals demonstrating exceptional skill, innovation and leadership potential in HVAC&R, building services and technology.
Each of the four award recipients will receive a $5,000 scholarship from the ARBS Foundation to further their professional development, education or research pursuits.

Major Project Excellence
Recognises large-scale (>$5m) Australian HVAC&R projects demonstrating innovation, sustainability and outstanding environmental performance.
Minor Project Excellence
Recognises small-scale (<$5m) Australian HVAC&R projects demonstrating innovation, sustainability and outstanding environmental performance.
IBTech Project Excellence
Recognises building projects that successfully integrate intelligent-building principles for high-performing, sustainable outcomes.
HVAC Product Excellence
Recognises new or enhanced HVAC products delivering innovation, sustainability and proven industry impact in the Australian market.
Refrigeration Product Excellence
Recognises refrigeration technologies demonstrating innovation, sustainability and outstanding performance in real-world applications.
IBTech Product Excellence
Recognises intelligent-building technologies that improve performance, connectivity and user experience through smart design or digital innovation.
Education & Training Excellence
Celebrates programs or initiatives that advance skills, education and professional growth in HVAC&R and building services.
🏆 Hall of Fame
Pays tribute to individuals whose leadership, service and contribution have left a lasting legacy in the HVAC&R and building services sector. Recipients exemplify integrity, influence and lifelong commitment to industry advancement. Nomination via an ARBS industry association only.
Future Leader Categories
Each recipient receives a $5,000 scholarship from the ARBS Foundation for professional development, education or research.
Young Achiever Award
Recognises an emerging professional (aged 30 or under) demonstrating outstanding leadership, initiative and measurable impact in HVAC&R, IBTech and building services.
HVAC&R Tradesperson Award
Celebrates tradespeople who demonstrate excellence, professionalism and dedication in the delivery of HVAC&R services. Two awards presented across different disciplines or experience levels.
Outstanding Female in Industry
Recognises an exceptional female professional who has made a significant impact in HVAC&R, IBTech and building services through technical expertise, innovation or mentorship.
