Nomination Deadline Approaching: ARBS 2024 Industry Awards

Time is running out to nominate outstanding achievements for recognition in the ARBS 2024 Industry Awards. With only a few weeks left, industry professionals are encouraged to spotlight the projects, products, and individuals that have driven innovation and demonstrated excellence throughout the year.


Categories include:

  • ARBS Young Achiever: Celebrating emerging professionals demonstrating potential for leadership and innovation in the industry.
  • ARBS Product Excellence: Recognising products that exemplify outstanding design, efficiency, and innovative impacts in the industry.
  • ARBS Software/Digital Excellence: Celebrating transformative digital and software solutions enhancing work and design methodologies.
  • ARBS Project Excellence: Acknowledging projects showcasing extraordinary engineering and creative solutions.
  • ARBS Outstanding Industry Education/Training: Acknowledging influential programs that excel in curriculum relevance, training effectiveness, and industry resonance.
  • ARBS Industry Hall of Fame: An association-nominated award to honour individuals with a legacy of significant contributions that have shaped the industry.


The 2022 Young Achiever award winner, Grace Foo, said the awards as a catalyst for fostering change, opening new opportunities, and driving innovation in the industry. “I have used this award as a vehicle to bring in more women, and to support the women and the causes that I’m passionate about. But at the same time, it’s also a way for me to make change and an impact in the industry.”


Amanda Searle, the newly appointed CEO of ARBS and 2022 Outstanding Education award winner with AMCA, said, “The ARBS awards are one of the highlights of the HVAC calendar. Being nominated for the ARBS Awards provides industry-wide visibility and recognition for individuals and teams, providing a platform to increase your industry influence.”
