Exhibiting at ARBS couldn’t be easier. Our experienced staff and stand contractors are on hand to assist and make the most of your exhibiting experience.
Exhibitors have two options:
1. Purchase floor space only and design and build a custom stand.
2. Purchase a stand package available in various sizes and two options as listed below.
All floor space only and pre-built shell scheme stands are available in multiples of 9m2 (3m x 3m).
SPACE ONLY
Space only option means floor space only, which is available in multiples of 9 m2 (3m x 3m) and comes fully carpeted if required. A minimum size of 9m2 applies.
A blank canvas where Exhibitors can arrange to have their own stand design, stand builder, electrics, signage etc. (or we can provide full assistance if needed).
STANDARD SHELL SCHEME
A pre-built stand that includes 2.4m high white melamine panels in an aluminium frame work with a 220mm high (fascia) sign supported in an aluminum frame work.
Lighting and Power – 70w metal halide Enviro Lights will be mounted to the back of the fascia. 2 x lights and 1 x power point per 9m2 (3m x 3m) will be provided.
Must be purchased in multiples of 9 m2 (min of 9 m2). Carpet included. Furniture or extras not included. Just walk in and begin selling!
PREMIUM SHELL SCHEME
A pre-built premium option that includes 2.4m high white melamine panels in an aluminium frame work. The fascia consists of a 3m high curved fascia sign to include name and colour logo, supported in an aluminum frame work.
Lighting and Power – 70w metal halide Enviro Lights will be mounted to the back of the fascia on all stands. 2 x lights and 1 x power point per 9m2 (3m x 3m) will be provided. Optional extras include digital printing for walls. Carpet included. Furniture or extras not included. All set up and ready to go!
POSTER DISPLAY
A budget stand option of 4.5m2 (3m x 1.5m) that includes carpet, 2.4m high white melamine panels in an aluminium frame work. 1 spotlight and 1 power point. Furniture not included. (limited poster stands available only in allocated areas)
BRAND DISPLAY
A smaller budget presence in the show limited to allocated areas and suitable for small product (or no product) displays. 1-2 person on stand limit.
