How can I register?

Registration is simple. Just visit https://www.arbs.com.au/ and click on VISITOR REGISTRATION for three days free entry.

What time is it on and where is ARBS 2022?

ARBS 2022 will be returning to Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre:

Tuesday 16 August 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday 17 August 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday 18 August 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Who can attend?

ARBS 2022 is a free trade only event for the HVAC, refrigeration, building services and related architectural, engineering & construction (AEC) industry visitors. Retail customers will not be admitted.

Can I attend multiple times per day and for multiple days?

Yes.  Once registered you will be able to enter and exit the exhibition multiple times without needing to re-register.  Just keep your entry badge in a safe place if you intend to return to the exhibition.

What are the COVID regulations and access conditions?

All visitors must comply with the current Victorian Government vaccination requirements. Read the latest on the Department of Health and Human Services website.

In line with our standard conditions of entry, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is enforcing additional health and safety measures to ensure a safe and secure venue. Please note that these additional conditions of entry apply to all entrants (including visitors, customers, contractors and employees) and are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of MCEC. MCEC retains the right to refuse entry to any visitors who refuse to adhere to health and safety measures.

What accommodation is available?

ARBS 2022 has negotiated special accommodation rates for exhibitors and visitors. Only bookings via OzAccom+ will obtain the discounted rate.

Is there an entrance fee?

Entry to ARBS 2022 is FREE to trade only visitors in the HVAC, refrigeration, building services and related architectural, engineering & construction (AEC) industry.

Can I register colleagues too?

Yes, if you know the details of your colleague(s) you can add register them on their behalf. All additional colleagues registered will receive their own confirmation email if you enter their email address. Otherwise, enter your email address to receive your colleague’s confirmations.

Can students attend?

Yes. Please present at registration desk at the entrance for a student badge.

Can children attend the expo?

NO.  ARBS is a trade only event. Due to the nature of the machinery and equipment on display and in the interests of safety, children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to enter the show. Prams and strollers are strongly discouraged and parents must seek permission from the organisers before entering.

Is there parking at the venue?

Is there public transport to the venue?

The Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre has parking and public transport on its doorstep. See more information here – https://mcec.com.au/visit

Is there disabled access at the venue?

There are accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout the venue, including lift access from the car park. If you’d like to hire a wheelchair call Customer Service team on +61 3 9235 8000 or email at customerservice@mcec.com.au.

Is there food available?

Yes, there are cafes within the exhibition with a large range of take away style food & beverages.

How can I pay for food & beverage purchases?

Note the MCEC is cashless and you can only purchase items from the food outlets with cards.

Is there internet available?

Yes, limited internet connection is available within the halls for emails and browsing.

Can I take photographs or video?

NO. Permission must be obtained from the organiser in the first instance. The organiser will then obtain permission from the individual stands/persons involved.  Please respect everyone’s privacy by not taking photos or videos without permission.

What’s the best way to navigate the exhibition?

How can I book to attend a Seminar?

The seminar program is available to book during your registration process. If you have already registered please go back to your confirmation email and click on the link to edit your registration.  You will be able to book a seminar from there.

You can view the full timetable plus details of each Seminar and Speaker HERE

Will there be product demonstrations?

Yes, our show floor includes the Exhibitor Presentation Theatre. Sessions will be available by the app or CLICK HERE.

How can I register for the Seminar Program?

Yes, if you know the details of your colleague(s). Can I earn CPD Points at the Seminar Program?

Yes.  Please check with your relevant member organisation to determine their criteria for points accrual.  Our seminars are industry related and educational.

Is IBTech@ARBS free?

Yes, to visit the IBTech precinct is free. There are also a range of IBTech@ARBS seminars running called the IBTech Insight Series. Some of these seminars are free and some will have a minimal cost. To view the full program CLICK HERE

Registration is simple. Just visit HERE to register for three days free entry.  During the registration process you will be prompted to Book a Seminar, if you choose that option the full Seminar Program including IBTech@ARBS will be presented for booking.
